Update 3-9-2007
Carlos Anaya has stepped back as the driver of the 71 Avenger and is going to crew for the 52 nm , with Truman West and says he wants to turn wrenches on the car for a season before getting behind the wheel. Carlos feels he is not ready to get behind the wheel.
Hello for the 2007 season.
Here at darnsracing we have made a big change for the year 2007, for starters the primary car is going to be a J& J chassis , standard tall chassis , with David Burns to be the primary driver . We thought long and hard about the issue with our chassis in the off season and decided to change and see will see how it goes. Our second car is still and Avenger chassis 2004 which is the only chassis that has survived. Carlos Anaya will be our new driver in this car,and has never driven a sprint car, we are hoping we can bring him up to be the primary driver in years to come.
